No tip was left here when we were done. We thought this was going to be amazing. We were seated at a corner table and got... drinks started and ordered delicious food. I tried the smoked meat with onions and it was delicious! (Reason for the three starreview) but there was so much fat that I had to pick around and had nearly half fat on my plate. Rice and Mac salad wasincredible. The dessert was delicious and plenty big for 2-4 people to share depending how big the serving size. Servicestarted to go downhill and our drinks were forgotten about until altogether, we were forgotten. We were about to just leave somemoney on the table and leave and this is what got our servers attention. Then our check was brought to us-but no tip was leftdue to terrible service. Read more
There's potential but will take management change to survive. Excellent fish tacos; no side, but that's fine. Kale chopped... salad would have been better if the kale was also chopped. Great draft beer selection. Reasonable beer and wine prices. Somedirty silverware; no biggie. Service was okay. Nice decor and great view. Sitting outside the music was not too loud. Charging a service fee to use a credit card at a restaurant without warning is not okay. $22 (menu said $21) for fish tacos atlunch is just not something I'm going to do again any time soon. Our party of three sat outside of the bar at a table separated from the restaurant/bar and it was a perfect semi private table... and it was easy to converse with each other for lunch. We ordered the Island Style Poke, Fish Tacos & Shrimp Lumpia along withone of the best Old Fashions I’ve ever had. This is a perfect place for lunch but if you’re thinking of coming back for alate night dinner be prepared for terribly loud bad karaoke. We actually left to go to a different restaurant because weweren’t going spend over $100 to have to be screamed at by people thinking they sing great. lol Read more
Solid food, and the service was great. Got the fish tacos (really good), Lechon (really good), burger (decently good), and... banana lumpia (really really good). It was a bit pricey, but it's a touristy area, so I can't complain too much. The hostess satmy wife and I at a lovely table with a great view of the ocean. It was a pretty fantastic way to enjoy dinner. Read more
Overpriced, low quality, poor service, unimpressive taste, great views. We came for breakfast at 10am and we were the last... group allowed. Everyone else was turned away because they stopped serving breakfast. Everyone was surprised, apparently it’san island thing. We ordered a pan cake (15$) and we’re served with 2 pancakes. My wife is vegetarian so we ordered a veggieburger (9$) and got served with a veggie patty, that’s it! I was educated by the manager that’s how a burger looks like andwhat I was looking for is a “Burger with Buns” which is a lunch item and we were done a favor that they served us. It’sbeen 45min since we arrived, still waiting on the coffee! Don’t bother stopping by, go someplace else. Even denny’s wouldbe a better choice - less than a mile away from this place :) Read more

Enjoyed a romantic sunset dinner in Kona at A-Bay’s Restaurant. The view, service, and food were fabulous. The chef is... Filipino and they offered several Filipino dishes. The Manila clams appetizer was delicious and fresh tasting. There was liveentertainment from 6 pm-9 pm. Glad that I made reservations since they were super busy and short staffed. Read more
This place is awesome. One of my favorite spots in town to hangout and get some great food and drinks. They have plenty of... seating and great views of the ocean. always have the game on to watch and with 24 taps handles you will always have some of thebest beers available. Read more
