Delivery took 1 hr and 50 mins Food was cold! The chicken McNuggets were mushy and wet and none edible, The pizza was cold, and... the chocolate cookie was burnt Severely! I'm not sure if there is new management/ownership but the last couple of times I have ordered from the Justin Tx, Mr. Jims, the... pizza has been a let down. I ordered a Lg. Jim Stix, Lg Pepperoni and a Md. chicken & bacon pizza last night and each one waswaaayyyy over cooked. The Jim Stix were so dry that most of them went to waste - they were more like breadsticks with sparsecheese, we threw away 3/4 of the pizza. The chicken and bacon pizza barely had any toppings which is a big disappointment whenyou spend $15.49 on a medium pizza. Jim's used to be my go-to but after this last go round, I don't think I'd risk it again. Read more
Ive been a customer of Mr. Jim?s for years. We ordered from the Keller location and never had a bad delivery. We moved to... Northlake and were happy to find out there was a location near us to order from in Justin. But, sadly, the quality of the foodand long delivery times have happened too many times. Pizza is burnt and tough to chew, bread buds are not bread buds anddelivery takes over an hour. Read more
We ordered bread sticks and had to pay extra for dipping sauce - they forgot the dipping sauce so I called and they said they... would bring it. They did, twenty minutes after we finished our meal. - and it was the wrong sauce. They are just plain stupid ordon?t care; my guess would be both!! Read more
I had MrJims.Pizza for the first time tonight! And it wasn?t bad! Wasn?t the best pizza I?ve ever had, but it certainly wasn?t... the worst! Thankful for them though because they were like the only pizza place that would deliver to me! And I was cravingpizza haha. It was also pretty easy to order online! Which I liked! The best part was my delivery driver though. He wassuper awesome and friendly! He called me as he was pulling up so I could go out a meet him, very polite and easy to talk to! Usually love their pizza, but this time. It took the 1.5 hours to deliver to my house that was literally 7 minutes away. Not to... mention the pizza was very bunt and when I called the store to complain I was told there was nothing they could do. Update: didemail the person, like the comment below said to do, but no one ever got back to me. Have officially lost all faith in thiscompany. Read more
