Incredibly long wait. Made a mobile order, walked in 10 minutes after-hoping to see my drink, waited another 15 minutes for my... drink which wasn?t even made correctly. Certainly didn?t want to go back and have them correct it after waiting for so long, soI just took it. Read more
I just had to do this. I've been trying to be patient for a long time giving this location a chance since it used to be my... favorite place. Keep in mind that if you put a mobile order you gonna need to wait for 30 mins, so don't pay attention to theapp's estimated time of a pick up. It is never accurate with this store. The staff is not nice at all! Especially their manager,she is beyond rude and quite short with people. When they forgot about my order twice and I was late to work she simply told meto try other locations..when I asked to look up my order. I'm very unhappy with the way things are at this Starbucks. So nothank you- I'll be trying other locations like Alton. Read more

The coffee was good, but when I mentioned I had been waiting 15 minutes before other people, the person helping Dawn starts... yelling at me that they?re short staffed and he?s following his stickers. Keep in mind he had been texting in the back(quickly,but you shouldn?t touch your dirty phone while making orders) and he was joking around while Dawn was trying their best tofulfill orders. He finally decided to change places with Dawn and help out. He was obviously fast and it could?ve gone faster ifhe hadn?t been chatting while Dawn worked hard. He waited until things got out of hand before stepping in and yells at me when Imention I?ve been waiting a long time for my mobile order. My favorite Starbucks location!! The group of people that work here always start my morning off right by putting a smile on my... face. We were driving and decided to grab some coffee on the way from Orlando to Miami as this place is off the I-95 exit. Honestly,... best Starbucks experience (and I travel a lot out of state). The lines are stupid. the drive through makes it impossible to park and walk in. The line inside is only managed by 1 person,... yet there are 7 people visable. I waited 20monutes for an iced coffee. Lastly, they took all the sugar, cram and napkins away,so you have to ask someone behind the counter for them. Looks like it's time for new management. Read more
