I just had to do this. I've been trying to be patient for a long time giving this location a chance since it used to be my... favorite place. Keep in mind that if you put a mobile order you gonna need to wait for 30 mins, so don't pay attention to theapp's estimated time of a pick up. It is never accurate with this store. The staff is not nice at all! Especially their manager,she is beyond rude and quite short with people. When they forgot about my order twice and I was late to work she simply told meto try other locations..when I asked to look up my order. I'm very unhappy with the way things are at this Starbucks.
