I had Pho all in at least 8 states and overseas. Colorado having some of the best. I gave this place a try and it is the Taco... Bell of Pho Bowls. The owner has no personality and gives you snub look when you ask anything and is very short. Always have towait even if I call it in. The pho is water down with no flavor. Amazing Phó. Broth was clear and tasty. Refreshing aroma and proteins were excellent. Rolls were well made and tightly... wrapped. Rolls did not fall apart when eating. Wow. Just wow. I have had pho in only two other places that compare to the quality here. The beef pho was to die for. The... ingredients were so fresh with the perfect level of spice. My brother-in-law recommended it and he was not wrong. He alsosuggested the spring rolls and they did not disappoint. I tried one of the shrimp and pork. Lastly, had a Thai tea with boba init and what a way to round the meal off. Cannot wait to come again! Read more
I had the Beef PHO which came with (rare round eye steak and beef flank) you can get extra meat for $1.00. My husband had the... Rice Plate ( Korean bbq short ribs) it came with white rice and an egg (your way) he got hard fried with a light salad and sweetsauce. It was amazing a lot of food not bad on price.
