I had Pho all in at least 8 states and overseas. Colorado having some of the best. I gave this place a try and it is the Taco... Bell of Pho Bowls. The owner has no personality and gives you snub look when you ask anything and is very short. Always have towait even if I call it in. The pho is water down with no flavor.
