The following review will be my first for this store. What I'm about to say I've not always been able to say but I can now. When... you walk into the store you are greeted by a competent courteous staff member who attentively takes your order. And you get thesame attentiveness with your order being made and delivered to you with personality behind the counter. My orders are alwayscorrect. I believe this has everything to do with management. If the owner manager isn't there assisting you have my favoritePanera personality Zack, the morning manager. The new Thai chicken soup in a bread bowl is totally worth the dine in experience at this Panera! Their assortments of... lemonades, fruit, and tea beverages are so refreshing. I?ve officially given up on this Panera location, the food quality is absolute garbage and I feel like I?m chancing getting... food poisoning. I ordered a sandwich and had to throw out half as it consisted of chicken guts. It was appalling. (See photos)They forgot part of the ingredients on the sandwich and the bread was slimy. Got this to-go, asked for a side of sauce beforeleaving and the woman working the kitchen counter was rude and said ?it?s on the sandwich?, and would not give it to me. I went in to this location after looking at what I thought was their website. I had a specific order. I ordered, as per the... website, a Tuesday Baker's dozen of bagels, $7.49 on the website. Once the total came up I knew something was wrong so I askedhow much the bagels were. To my surprise I was told $12.49. After speaking to the manager I was told they don't offer this anymore, for the last 2 years, which he said to me 3 times. I'm new to the area so "for the last 2 years" means nothing to me. Thisstore's website is very confusing. If you go to their website and click Menu at the bottom it directs you to the generic Panerawebsite, which is where I saw the pricing for the bagels. When I asked the manager how to remove this from the website, he toldme to contact corporate as this is their pricing. Now, if the store does not have to follow corporate pricing, why doescorporate even have any prices?
