I normally love Pancheros. But my most recent visit was horrible. The service was so slow, the people working behind the counter... did not appear to be in a hurry at all. After finally getting food, they sloppily threw it together with poor portion sizes.Once I got the food, all the tables were disgusting and had to wash a table myself. Gross! Read more

Honestly love this place but had a bad experience with cashier today who overcharged me. I order all the time I know how much I... pay. I didn?t get ?extra? but yes I did order guacamole & queso(sooo good) I knew I was being overcharged & said something butyou could tell she didn?t care & honestly I?m on lunch break and had to get back to work. So I paid and left and proceeded toeat the wrong burrito that was labeled incorrectly. She used same utensils to mix all three burritos up so I had jalapeños inmine when I didn?t order them.
