Absolutely amazing experience, the gentleman that took our order was not only a delight but consistently checked in to make sure... we were satisfied and had everything we needed. Used to be a great McDonald?s. Lately the fries and food are not fresh at all. I went yesterday right at the switch from... breakfast to lunch and my fries were hard and not hot, same with the nuggets. I also do not want to think about the possibilityof this but I was in the car and there was not a roach near me, and then I got my food and a little bit later there was a roachnear me. Hoping it was a coincidence. Miss how it used to be!! It?s so convenient and the drive through staff were so sweet thatday. Hopefully corporate will see the bad reviews as of late and do something. Incredibly rude and lazy employees. The drive thru employees make it know that you are a bother and don?t want you there. We... were told they didn?t have coffee so when we got to the window we asked if there was a cut off time. The worker responded ?no wedon?t, we just don?t brew any.? Read more

The manager working this afternoon had the worst attitude and also dropped my burger on the floor and then continued to give it... to me.
