Awful food. Service was fine but we hot home and the chicken was original and we asked for extra crispy....we ate a couple of... pieces and decided to throw the rest out. Drum sticks were so small they looked like wing drummies. Read more
When you use the drive thru, ensure you have what you ordered. 99% of the time they gave me wrong combination. Let?s say I order... 10 drums they will give 4 drums and 6 thighs and don?t even mention. Every time I have to be shameless and go thru the lobby andchange it. Not sanitary watched a dude that has gloves take a order taking the screen then put his hand in his pocket then continue to take... out his air pod put it in his ear did not change his gloves. Ignored me for about 5 minutes until the guy from drive thrufinally asked me what I wanted to order. I understand the no staff issue but for real come on get it together you got 10 peoplein here waiting for there food and your walking around like a dope. Never picking up from here again. Read more
Poor poor service!! We bought the combo meal and supposed to have mashed potato on my combo meal but the manage instead put the... fries on it even though we already ordered separate french fries.. and when we asked them that the mashed potato was missing shewas not fixed the issue instead she told us she doesnt want to argue with us even though we were just asking for the mashedpotato but it was completely poor customer service!! To be honest this is one of the nasty kfc I have ever seen they are very rude and most of them don't even wash there hands after... doing anything they will use the same gloves that they my have pick something off the floor with plus they don't care aboutserving anyone old food that's just been in the warmer for like hours and have flies all in the back where u cook food and fliesbe all on the food that they are serving u the chicken be half done and all good luck on eatting...... Update: (The chicken thighs were actually bigger this time. this location is priced higher about $1.50 compared to some other... locations for the same 2 piece meal. French fries container is very small. The staff were very accommodating when I wanted toreturn the french fries. She added some more. I understand prices have gone up but the coleslaw and mashed potatoes containershave shrunk in half also.) Old review: The colonel would be upset. The chicken pieces have shrunk so have the side dishes. Sidedishes are so small yet they can?t even fill it up. Why does this location have smaller chicken pieces? I would talk to yourvendor. I love KFC since I was a little girl. But it?s getting more and more disappointing. Gravy is water down becausecustomers are worried about the sodium or fat?? Don?t know ????????. Decent but slow service and the food was semi- cold. Could do better kfc!
