Terrible service, soda machines not refilled, no towels in bathroom, took forever to get food. This is the 3rd I?ve been here... over the last few weeks and it?s the same experience each time. Get new management or any management at this point. Read more

The burgers have always been awesome here, but the service crunk up a notch today. These days I?ve gotten used to mediocre... service. Tonight we came here with the kids. One of them was in a pouty mood. After ordering and sitting down Haniel noticed shewasn?t having a good time and brought us a little container of m&m?s. Not only did the act of kindness turn her frown upsidedown, but it also made an impact on all of us. Haniel was hustling the whole time. Taking orders, wiping tables, and smiling ateveryone. I?m not sure what Haniel?s position is, but he needs a promotion. Thanks for going the extra mile to make a littlegirl happy and a family dinner much better. Read more

Lol...I just came online to post my review after a terrible experience and I'm amused. The manager on duty told me they had... 100's of positive reviews...neat trick, since they have only 83 reviews with an average of 3.6*. But I digress. I discoveredthis BurgerFi earlier this week. I was very happy to discover that they are one of few places that still has a veggie burgerthat is not a beyond burger. I even went back later in the day. The veggie burger is excellent. The service was also very good.However, the restaurant was empty (now I know why), so that was easy. Today, I went in at 3:15...still a slow time of day. Iwent up to the register and the gentleman asked if I had ordered online. I said "no". He wandered away from the register andaround front to the self-checkin (registers I had not even noticed before). I was wondering if he was going to make me orderonline for myself even though the restaurant was empty. Then, another woman walked in. He asked her the same, "Did you orderonline?" She said "yes" and he told me he'd be right with me and began to pull together her order (which included quite a numberof items). WTH?!?! He couldn't take my order so the cooks could begin before helping the woman who came in after me? I leftand called to let him know how upset I was. He said, "well, she called before she came." SO WHAT!!!! I was there...in front ofhim. Calling only means the order is ready when one arrives, not that other customers should be pushed aside because, well...shecalled. Then, when I asked for his name, he would not give it. He also explained that he did not have time to speak to me,because he had customers (again...very slow indeed in the restaurant) and employees he needed to deal with. Apparently, hedidn't need to deal with a customer he mistreated. Update: I completed the contact form as BurgerFi's corporate officerequested and they did not respond. Ordered for take out, fries were undercooked and basically raw inside, my chicken tenders were ok at best, food is overpriced.... It took 15 minutes for my order to be made and it wasn?t even done properly. Read more

I came in because of a coupon book and loved the food. The burgers and chicken were both good to enjoy. Now I am a stubborn... person when it comes to accepting help. After declining for help the cashier insisted on filling up my soda for me. And anothercrew member walked my food out to my car. Mind you I have one healthy hand, it put a smile on my face that night and made myweekend:). Thank you BurgerFi for the great Customer Service and Quality of food! I reheat the chicken tenders and fries in AirFryer and they're good for up to a week! Read more

W/ burger in your name I can?t understand how bad this burger was. The driest meat and bread seemed old - no flavor, dry. I?m... shocked. I tried this place cuz they ?preach? quality. would?ve been better off buying a burger from McDonald?s for a fractionof the cost. Read more
