Went with family on a Saturday night. The place was packed but the line moves very quickly. So many flavors of shaved ice that I... could begin to try and count them. Me and my family have being going to this location since it opened. My kids get very excite the minute they know we are going... there. it took probably a total of 45 minutes for me to order a smoothie and receive it.. It was a real unfortunate experience as... there were 3 young girls working behind the counter. There was a group of people who ordered before I even got in and their iceswere being made. I waited at the cash register to order for about 10 minutes before one of the girls finally came over to takemy order. Then I waited for about 35 minutes before I got my smoothie.... The group in front of me was waiting on 2 ices whichthey got about 5 minutes after I ordered and then I assumed I was next.. A woman behind me ordered an ice for her daughter andthe ice was ready for her before she even finished paying , then another random girl came up and her ice came before mine aswell.. I was the only person standing there waiting for my order and yet it still took 30+ minutes for my smoothie to be madeas there was absolutely no sense of urgency to make the order. One of the girls then proceeds to refill the ice cubes in thefreezer, refill a few of the bottles (with flavors that were not relevant to my order) before finally starting my order. It wasa good smoothie but I think she made me a peach smoothing not the mango one - still good but as a customer I did not receive anysort of priority.. Read more
