Amazing food! We went at lunch and had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She was an electrical engineer and changed careers to... open her own restaurant and share her grandmother's authentic Indian recipes. The dishes are phenomenal, authentic Indian foodthat you won't find anywhere else, and the portions were plentiful. Well that was a disaster. Started out alright. Server was friendly and personable. But then the server seemed to forget to put... the order in. Took about an hour to get the food. Server then forgot an order of drinks that took a while to fix. Food was fineenough but then server never came back so we had to go up to the counter to ask for the check. She then offered to take ourcard without showing us the bill. She said it was fine. Insisted on getting the bill to check. Good thing we did because shegave our check to another table and we got their check. They?d already paid so she had to go fix that. 2.5 hours later wefinally got the leave which was definitely the best part of the experience. Read more

After dining here a couple of times, I have come to the conclusion that it is my favorite Indian food in all of Juneau.... (Honestly, best I've had anywhere) The owner is super nice and added her own spin to popular dishes. If you ask for hot, it willbe hot, so if you are white, be careful! The chicken tika is so tender that you can tell the chicken receives special treatmentsin the back when nobody is looking. Possibly a 24-hour marinate, or who knows, maybe it's been wined and dined before lightsout. I would write more, but you all are hungry and found where you need to go, so get to spice...
