We waited nearly an hour for our food after ordering. The menu didn’t mention that their chimichanga had chorizo ranch on it.... Imagine my surprise! Another table left without eating at the restaurant after waiting too long too, so the delay was notexclusive to our table. However, a table that got there after us and ordered after us, but spoke Spanish, got their food and atebefore we ever had ours. We are traveling through Juneau and have relied on reviews a lot for dining. I’m posting as acourtesy to other travelers. If you speak Spanish, use it and make sure you have time to dine leisurely. Food is super good, but Hostess is not friendly and the waiter is good and helpful.

We were a group of 8 people and arrived at 5:30pm (I had called to make a reservation). We were seated promptly and given chips... and salsa to munch on. The food took a really long time to arrive, and our party’s plates came out individually over thecourse of at least 10 minutes (even though it wasn’t crowded). I had the taco place with 3 different tacos, rice and beans. It was really good. They have a large variety of salsa. The... waitress, Maritza (I think that was her name) was lovely. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because that day I wanted abeer and they do not serve alcohol. Read more
Lovely authentic Mexican food served with love and made with local ingredients. Great service. Will come back. It's a little... Latin spot on town that will remind you of the culture. Had some corn tacos with grilled fish and did not disappoint. Read more
Ordered to go camarones al a momia (mummy shrimp) shrimp wrapped in bacon with salad and it was very delicious. The nice server... even gave me some tortilla chips. They only give free tortilla chips for dine in. So, I gave him some tip. Nice place, goodcustomer service and delicious food. Read more
As a chef I am impressed with a consistent flavor but as a customer I absolutely love the California burrito, tamales... especially pork but even more so the Molé sauce is all just perfect. I ate here three times today and even though I should beashamed I'm not. It's definitely my favorite restaurant for now. And possibly forever.
