Few people who ate this pizza on Saturday night and sunday 8-27-22 / 8-28-22 all got food poisoning. One even went to the... hospital and had iv fluids. Looking at the reviews this happens way too much as many people have reported the same thing. Horrible experience! We waited for 1:15 hours to receive our order, which was a 2 minute walking distance from the hotel... Ramada. That is unacceptable. After we talked to the person who took our order, Ayla, we were told we will receive it shortly.When we received our order the pizza was cold! Do not use under any circumstances. Currently waiting over 90 mins for delivery of one pizza from somewhere 3 mins drive away.... When calling for an update the staff need to be coached through typing a 3 digit number into a computer system and can't evenget the 3 digit number right. Read more

Tonight we ordered dominos during celebration which is a huge event. I anticipated the food running late or our order being... messed up. I was impressed. Fast deliver, everything was right with our order, and we got a coupon flyer which, I haven'treceived one in years. The flyer for the survey as well, and a friendly delivery driver. This was the best service we havereceived from downtown domios in years. I also love that the downtown dominos is now utilizing coupons on the app. Thank you towho ever made the changes. ????
