The customer service was great. But beware with their new short miniature french fries.

All of our food was Luke warm at best and the fries were almost soggy. This is the second time in a row we've had a bad... experience, probably will just steer clear from now on. Read more

We visit here on occasion, usually on the way back from Florence; everything is usually really good here... in our experience. ... We usually get there around 20:00-21:00. The personnel are always courteous. I've never understood the whole'tip-for-every-business-transaction' on the west coast, but they have a drive-thru tip-container, and we usually put in 3-5bucks, since if I were actually going to make banana-splits, chili dogs, and cheeseburgers, it'd cost far more, and probably notbe very good... so it's all good. If any of my physicians or vet here start charging gratuity, I'm probably going to have toraise a little hell. Read more

Order accuracy is not a priority here, in fact it's an ongoing issue. I understand no one's a 100% accurate but it's not just a... one time issue. We've stopped at this location a few times and it's been an issue every time. This leads to another issue, theemployees will lie when called out on it. There is no accountability at this location. My Husband wanted a Stacked FlameThrower Burger ???? plus a Chocolate/Chocolate/Chocolate Blizzard for Dessert. We were... looking at the online menu for the Blizzard options but the Chocolate Extreme Blizzard had Pecans &Caramel in it ! That justdidn't sound correct to us for an Extreme Chocolate anything! So I called DQ and spoke with "V" (a Mgr) who explained that theMenu was not correct on that particular Blizzard and that she would make sure they would make the Extreme Chocolate Blizzardthat my Husband wanted ! (It's his birthday & I wanted to end this day on a happy note for him ) So I drove to our local DairyQueen and noticed there were 9 cars in the drive thru, so I went inside. There was not a line and was able to place my orderimmediately! All the Employees were incredibly busy but cheerful & helpful. As I waited for my order I noticed how Clean thetables, floor, windows and counters were . Also behind the counter I saw counters were continually being wiped down andstations were orderly. This was late evening and a lot of traffic inside and out. I had my to go order within 10 minutes andas I was getting in my car I saw the drive thru had become even longer ! Glad I choose to go inside ! My Husband throughlyenjoyed his meal and his Extreme Chocolate Blizzard was just as he wanted ! Yep ! He was very satisfied! Read more

Got one of the saddest peanut buster parfait ever tonight. Soft serve was more than soft...almost not frozen at all, no swirl... on top, just a puddle of melt, nuts and fudge. Read more
