Service is slow, so make sure you are not in a rush when eating in the lobby. Staff were nice and food tasted good.
This taco bell has always been the better one in junction city. Be careful now though. Current employees in the day time are... wildly incompetent starting from the lazy person talking through the drive thru window and ending with 12 out of 13 items beingwrong and lacking in any kind of effort or brain activity. The night manager is so nice and deserves a raise. I think his name was Gage. I had a problem with my order and he fixed it as... soon as he could. He was very professional with what he did and was very cute ;) I definitely recommend coming here. Read more
I keep saying I'm never going back to this place. Today I really mean it. Absolutely disgusting. Everything was thrown in the... bag, tacos were wet to the point where the tortillas were falling apart, the lettuce was old and the content in the taco was allsmushed together. Same thing with the Dorito tacos. The chicken quesadillas barely had anything in them and one of thequesadillas had some kind of sauce spilled all over it. I came in Today on November 30th I?m a normal costumer. I pulled in through the drive through and ordered some food and then my... 3 year old daughter had to use the restroom so I parked and went to see if the dining room was open. A African Americangentlemen told me to go around so I kindly asked this female employee what time it opened because my daughter needed to userestroom she told me 10:00 am when the sight at the door said 8:00 she was really disrespectful to me and called me a dirtyMexican because of my nationality and insulted me because I was wearing a us army uniform. She told me just because I?m a ussoldier doesn?t me I?m not a dirty Mexican. I then asked her for her name she said her name was Jessica and that she was the agmat that location. I told her that I will be reporting her to management and she told me so what nothing will happen because myhusband is the manager! This lady needs to get fired !!
