Let someone else pick up my to go order then proceeded to make everyone's in line making me wait 25 minutes
Good just don't like the drive thru experience. It's touch screen and looked like finger prints all over it.
As usual, the staff and service at SUBWAY was fast, respectful and efficient. We ordered 3 subs at the window and 3 cookies. The... order accurate and we'll packed in less than 2 minutes at the window. Very fast. I appreciate the service. Keep up the goodwork, SUBWAY! Read more
I put in an online order, and drove to the store when my app said it was ready (only 3 minutes away).... I got there and waited... 20 minutes in the drive through line to pick it up (dining area was closed, but I didn?t know that). When I finally got to thewindow, they told me they hadn?t even started it. By the time I got my order, it had been almost an hour since I had orderedand paid for it, and I had been at the store for 35 minutes, and that was after my app said it was ready..... The touch screen is ineffective and somehow messed up our whole order when I know what we clicked. We couldn?t go inside for... whatever reason and then had to tell them to use the coupons separately because they had the doors locked. They made us ameatball sandwich is veggies? how would I click that, when they tried to show us the receipt stating so. I know I didn?t clickmy turkey sandwhich with just tomato and meat? Doesn?t make sense! I got a drink with light ice or melted I guess? Definitelydidn?t add that as I wouldn?t get light ice either. We went there right after the big Rainstorm on the 15. Dec. There was one Lady all on her own, which I assume, was the Manager.... With a huge long line behind us, she got our 3 people order just right! And all that while worrying about her Mom & workers,wondering if they are all okay, with more storm to come! I ordered through drive through. Why should I receive lesser quality made sandwich because I did? It was early afternoon so... the ingredients still should have been fresh. I didn?t toast my bread because I wanted nice soft bread.. NOPE, you would havethought I asked for it to be toasted twice. Asked for lettuce, got brown hard pieces. They were rude and thought it was funny that they do not take subway coupons and over charge disabled people who only get one... income for food and talk down and rude to you never going back. Read more
