Ordered 6 medium pizzas and 2 cheesy sticks and was told 40 minutes. showed up 40 minutes later and waited another 40 minutes to... get my pizzas. Another customer ordered while we were there and asked if they could have their drinks while waiting for theirpizzas and were told no! Another customer brought his undercooked pizza back and got a refund. Another customer was only chargedfor one pizza of the three he got because he waited so long. I complained to the owner and she asked me if it was really 40minutes and when I replied, " yes and never again" she replied, "ok" and didn't even offer an apology. If they had told me anhour and I showed up and waited 10 minutes that would have been fine but 40 minutes beyond pickup time and to not even receivean apology from the owner is poor business practice. This is a 5 star stop for sure. I am happy to help maintain the rating. I ordered from the highway and walked in to pick up my... pizza. Like old school pizza, there is enough cheese to burn your greedy kids' mouths who won't wait. And the crust, light andwonderful. My kid never eats pizza crust, but he G's crust. Decent food could be better, we called to place an order for pick up and the lady that answered the phone seemed very short with... me over the phone. The actual business itself looked like a regular house in a neighborhood and there was not very many sittingoptions. The drinks were flat, the food didn?t have much flavor, but the fact they had a movie playing in a separate room forthe kids to watch while they eat and give parents a break seemed pretty awesome.
