Waited 25mins before severed. Not Baristas fault, looked short staff. Spent $17 on (2) drinks missing a main ingredient?. Never... again Target Starbucks.. you got me messed up (3) times. Read more

The girls working were really upset about the fact that they had to remake our drink that was asked to be dairy free. Lied about... using oat milk when they were out of it. If I could leave a lower rating than 1 star I would. Read more

Stopped in to purchase 4 drinks and a couple other items. While looking at my receipt I realized I was charged for five. No big... deal, so I told the one working. She tried saying something just rang up weird. So she re rang it back up and the price wasdifferent. She then gave me what she thought should be the difference of $2.22. In reality it should have been $4.73, she gaveme the difference of the original subtotal minus the new total after tax. I normally don?t leave bad reviews, but she was superrude over the whole situation. Thanks Abi! Read more

I?ve frequented this Starbucks for a few years since moving to Joplin and it was previously the BEST in town. The new staffing... has completely killed that, specifically a girl with dark hair. It?s apparent that she should be in the fast food industryrather than in a coffee house well known for its friendly employees and atmosphere. I?ve been a Starbucks patron daily for 20years and this was my first encounter with a snarky employee ever. Such a disappointment. Read more

I came in on Saturday in the morning. There was a line stretching out into the store and only one employee was taking orders and... making drinks by himself! He was the guy with the black hair, beard and glasses. HE DESERVES A RAISE! He treated all thecustomers I saw with extreme politeness and professionalism. Despite the obvious overwhelming line, he made every drink asquickly as possible and greeted every customer with a smile. Best service I ever had with just one employee! Read more
