Purchased a burger for our kiddo and he complained it was greasy, I assumed he was just not wanting to eat after we got it. Got... home and my husband was like I will eat it so it doesn't go to waste...he wouldn't even eat it and he eats everything! It wasinfact greasy he took a bite said it was awful and not to mention it smelled bad to me almost spoiled so it was a waste of timeand money stopping to get a burger for the kiddo on our way home. Carhop was friendly but when we came home and looked at our food it was so sad. I paid 20 $ for food that was not prepared the... way it should be. Please do better. Read more

Ordered 2 ice teas,cake batter shake and a sprite. No ice in ICE tea. It had no ice and the server shorted us 3.00. Called back... on button. The guy came back out said ice machine wasnt working to good. I said why didnt they tell us that when we ordered. Sohe goes in and gets us a large cup of ice!!! Read more
After inserting my card and paying outside the CarHop tried to say she needed to take my card inside to make sure I paid. Even... after I showed her the bank app on my phone where it clearly said I had just been charged for the amount of the drink I ordered.She stated it didn't matter and she had to take my card inside with her or I would possibly drive away and steal the $2 drink. Ibelieve this was just a tactic to go inside and copy my credit card information for personal theft. Went this morning ordered a bacon burrito. Got home it was grease filled and dripping in oil. Took it back to have them remake... it. Yet again grease filled! That's a big ole nope burrito! Who the heck wants a mouth full of grease?! Never again! You need todo better sonic! Read more
