My husband and I waited a good 15 minutes before they even took our order then we finally got our food 25 minutes later every... single thing was wrong went back in to try to talk to them and had to wait another 10 minutes just for a manger to come out thisplace needs new employees people that know how to do their job. my boyfriend waited in line for about half an hour assuming this place was open 24 hours since they verified it 7 days ago. It... apparently wasn't. the line was long and they closed at 12 which is fine but we placed an online order and they didn't care thatwe were waiting around 30 minutes for food. As someone who worked in fast food I understand not taking orders but if u havecustomers who placed an order prior to closing and waited in line for the food that should have already been made I think itshould be fine that u finish what should have been finished. Check your food before you leave. This is supposed to be a 6 piece nugget meal with a toddler toy. Notice what's Missing? Oh... yes the chicken nuggets. And that's not a toddler toy but it covered up the fact they didn't place the nuggets in there nicely. Glad you remembered the BBQ sauce! Read more
They just can't leave the pickles off when I order "No pickles"! They hear it. It's on the receipt. They even stuck the grill... slip that says "No pickles" on all of the burgers they keep putting pickles on. Frustrating. But they do apologize and replacethem. Sometimes with burgers that STILL HAVE PICKLES ON THEM. Other than having to deal with that, it's good stuff. Like, theplace is reasonably clean, the service is medium fast, the employees are 90% polite, and the food tastes great when they get itright. Read more
My fiancee and I went her for two hot caramel sundaes with extra caramel, we paid 8.02 for two small freakin sundaes, and... neither had extra caramel that we were charged for and the ice cream itself tasted sour!! NEVER AGAIN!!! And everytime we go tothis McDonald's or another the order is ALMOST ALWAYS WRONG, or they jip u in some way or another ,,, we r done with MCDONALDS,PERIOD!!!! Read more
