I stopped to get gas here because I was offered a "Free Birthday Treat" on the app. When I brought the eligible item to the... counter, I asked why it wasn't being discounted. The clerk told me he had seen this happen with other people and there must be aproblem with the app. I ended up leaving the drink because the clerk made no effort to correct the problem for the customer. Idon't appreciate a business shrugging their shoulders at me for their own mistake. Edit - I was offered two free drinks loadedonto my account and they worked just fine when I used one. DISGUSTING. My windshield was covered in bug splats after traveling from Texas. I tried at least a half dozen different cleaning... stations, looking for a squeegee towels and fresh water. All were bone dry with the exception of the last one - and it wasbasically MUD! Really pathetic for a gas station in the bug splat capital of the US. Bathrooms were no better. Can't speak tothe women's, but I would rather implode than get within 10 feet of the commode in the men's room. Yuck! Read more

I went in this afternoon to load money on my Netspend card. Only to discover that the money never went to my card. Long story... short it is something to do with the 3rd party. But Damian was amazing. He did everything he could to help me figure out whatwas going on, even though it is still a process that I have to go through, his customer service skills definitely are amazing.Coming from a managers perspective, You guys have a great employee on your hands.
