I ordered food on 11-22-22 at about 8:10 pm at this store. I asked for additional sauce packets. The young man at the drive thru... assured me that the sauces were in the bag. After I got the food home, I noticed there wasn?t any sauce at all. I went back tothe store to get sauces, while my food got cold, and then practically had to force an apology out of them. I went back home asecond time, and one of the triple dip shells, did not have the guacamole that was supposed to be in it, just lettuce. We calledthe store to complain, and when my friend asked the name of the manager she was speaking to, and the name of the owner, themanager attempted to hang up, but apparently he only thought he hung up. Not realizing he didn?t hang up, he spoke in the phoneagain, not realizing my friend was still on the line. My friend asked if the person she was speaking with had hung up on her, hesaid ?I sure did? sarcastically, and then hung up. The complaints stemmed from the two visits we did in which the customerservice was terrible. This is not the same quality wonderful service that Gringos has been known for, for many long years. I amvery disappointed with my Gringos experience. If I was the current owner, I would be mortified at the way this business is beingrun. Read more

When Gringos first opened on 42nd Street, at the drive thru, I ordered a Taco salad. My to go box had a tablespoon of meat on... the bottom, about a quart of shredded lettuce next , and a "little" shredded cheese on top. Needless to say, I NEVER went backto that place, so inadequately supervised and poorly managed. Read more

We love the chicken crispitos and the shrimp tacos. Prices are reasonable and the have jumbo drinks. The chicken and rice... barito was good and filling. We did not care for the beef in there standard or soft tacos however. The Duke drive through isnice. Because the store is a little hard to get into and out of due to the one way streets. Read more

Ordered 3 burritos, 1 taco, one mini nacho and a bowl of mild sauce. Mild sauce was like water. Only food that was decent was... the 1 taco. Nachos had stale chips. The total price was almost 30 dollars. Saved the receipt and called management the next daybc we got our food close to closing time. The manager offered to replace the mild sauce and that was it. Save your money and goto a real Mexican restaurant instead of paying way too much for terrible service, a super long wait in the drive thru and subparfast food. Never again will this place take my money. Read more

Always would just buy the same thing but decided to try something different and wow ???? I was automatically hooked on the... Shrimp taco. I was there a few minutes early for red Friday to get my 2022 Chiefs Kingdom flag so went inside instead ofdrive-thru and actually took a minute & browsed the menu and seen Shrimp Taco & thought it sounded interesting. Best decisionI?ve made at a fast food restaurant in awhile. ???????????????? Read more

I have heard some complain about the price. When I compare the quality to the cheaper places, there is no comparison. I bought... the Jumbo Soft Taco. I am guessing there was about 1/4 lb of meat on the taco. I can't eat more than one. I will go back on aregular basis. Read more

As always, an amazing place! 99% of the time it is my first stop when I make it back to the Joplin/Webb City area.

Best Taco Tuesday place around. Hint: ask for a side of their mild sauce. It's served warm and makes all the difference. They... grate their cheese fresh so it's oh so yummy. If you've been disgusted by your experience at the Neosho Gringos, rest assuredthis location has a different owner and it's not the same. You should definitely check it out if you haven't already done so. Read more
