Opens at 10 am, not ready to serve customers. Took at least 15 minutes to get our coffee. I asked barista what happened to... being ready for business when you open? She said talk to the manager, I dont work for free, I like coffe, but I'm not coming inearly... So, whats the bigger problem here, poor management? Poor company policy? Or just a horrible employee attitude? Customer service is dead ... We always go to Joplin Greenhouse for coffee, but were on this side of town and decided to tryit... will Not be back. Marginal coffee and pathetic service... Go to Joplin Greenhouse... better coffee and dang sure bettercustomer service. Read more
I have been sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for a caramel macchiato. They are understaffed and the two girls that were... helping left in the middle of a huge rush leaving one girl preparing a line of orders. I ordered at 3:37 it is now 4:00 and nolight at the end of the tunnel. Read more
So this would easily be a five star review as it is literally the best coffee place around, however it is always closed during... business hours. Like they just close it down whenever they feel which is extremely inconvenient. I drive 15 minutes to get theaffagoto frape which is fantastic. Only to find the place has closed an hour and a half earlier and today it didn't even openuntil 2 hours after it was meant to. Read more
