Very slow service. Ordered 2 combos and an 8" sandwich. Total was almost $30!!! Order took a while to complete and will... probably not go back as the combos are extremely expensive. Not sure how the rewards program works, but almost $10 for a smallsandwich combo is not reasonable! Read more

Not seeing the freaky fast at all. Slower than ordering a made to order steak. All sandwiches are cold so I?m not sure why it... would take 20 min to get your order. Joplin JJ is the slowest of all fast foods I?ve been to. This is based on the the lastvisits. Still good sandwiches but lose the freaky fast slogan. More like crazy freaking slow!!! Read more

My husband absolutely loves JJ, so when he wants it I always have hope and get something. EVERY single time he orders my order... is never correct and i wish i was joking. When I called about my order I was brought a new one but you could tell they wereannoyed so much lettuce my sandwich could barely close which took away from the rest of it OR there?s something on it thatshouldn?t be thank goodness I don?t have allergies. Today my order was finally correct and for the first time my husbands wasnot. Just to sum it up we?ve never had a single fully correct order.
