Very slow service. Ordered 2 combos and an 8" sandwich. Total was almost $30!!! Order took a while to complete and will... probably not go back as the combos are extremely expensive. Not sure how the rewards program works, but almost $10 for a smallsandwich combo is not reasonable! Read more

My husband absolutely loves JJ, so when he wants it I always have hope and get something. EVERY single time he orders my order... is never correct and i wish i was joking. When I called about my order I was brought a new one but you could tell they wereannoyed so much lettuce my sandwich could barely close which took away from the rest of it OR there?s something on it thatshouldn?t be thank goodness I don?t have allergies.
