went in with family and sat for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged. waitresses seen us but we continued to be... completely ignored. if they were busy i would completely understand but people had walked in behind us and got someone with themalmost immediately. we ended up leaving and getting fast food. plus it smelt like incredibly burnt food. We had a party of 8. We all had a decent breakfast here. It was pricey for truck stop food. There was something on the menu... that everyone wanted. The steak was a little over cooked but everyone else's food was perfectly cooked. We had quick andattentive service. Read more
Environment - 0 stars. These idiots have 150 seats, but only 14 are available to sit at. I watched 10 drivers leave frustrated... because there wasn?t anywhere to sit? Covid IS OVER! Go visit any restaurant in Texas? 100% open no issues. 99.9% of peoplesurvive this. Stop watching the news. Food - 1 star, came here for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was plated like a pile ofhog slop, everything piled in the middle. For dinner I had a burger, that had the texture of a dry, frozen meatloaf instead of aburger. Furthermore, they gave me condiment packets instead of fresh condiments. I could go to the convenience store across thestreet and get what I got here much cheaper. Fries were good. Excellent little diner with fast service, friendly, courteous staff. The philly cheese omelette was great and it's nice to see a... cook that can hit the "well done/twice fried" hash browns outta the park. The buttermilk cakes were tasty as well. MESSERAPPROVED! Read more
The Philly Steak Omelet is amazing ???? ????????., the flavors were well balanced and a wonderful to my palate. The chicken and... fried white fish fillets were just the right crispy. I had these with fries which were also good. If you don?t like a lot ofsalt in your food, then this is the place for you. The service ? ????????????????.. thé waitress was amazing. Very patient withmy party of 4 and checked on us periodically to ensure we had everything going right amidst the very many clientele. I wouldreally recommend their Philly Steak Omelet???????? I came to this restaurant because of 5 star rating. That was a joke. Food was barely warm, mashed potatoes like glue. Country... fried steak was hard not freshly cooked. The Sunday chef was off his or her game today The gravy was good and if it was hot, itwould've been great. Green beans were burnt and not edible. Wait staff was great.
