Service at this facility was not quality in which we have been shown before. Our child's noodles were hard after being cooked.... When mention to waitstaff she responded that she would let management know and told us to go get some more. I explained thatthe line was long and we were almost finished hoping she would express the food inline since the child was the last one tryingto finish. She then hurried place ticket on table and left us. We got up and tried again same problem. Waitress did not comeback. We never seen management. So we left after paying over 100. 00 bill for our child to still be hungry. Not acceptable inany case. Read more
Everything was well stocked, and fresh. They were busy when we were there and folks were making a mess of things. But as soon as... a worker could make their way through they had it wiped up and tidy again. The restaurant was clean and the staff veryfriendly. As someone in a wheelchair, everything was very accessible to me! That was greatly appreciated! Read more
I used to like going here. Friendly staff and everything, it's just that the last couple of times I've been there my food had an... odd taste, kind of like dish soap. I don't know if it's the sauce I'm using or what but I just can't go back anymore. Justwondering if anyone else has experienced this. Read more
My friend and I went and though the staff were friendly and nice the food was so-so. Had been there before so I knew what to... expect however we both left with upset stomachs. I almost threw up but didn't right after I left. Three days of stomach pain forme, she ended up sick, with same symptoms and some worse than me. So food poisoning I think. Won't be going back. Ever. Very pleased with the service food was wonderful. One of the best restaurant experience have had in a long. Prices very... reasonable and good selection of meats and vegetables and a good gluten free selection. The only suggestion I would have is tohave servers ask people if it is the first time in so new people would have a idea on what to do. Good restaurant. A little different experience. You select your meats,veggies, noodles and or rice and place them in a bowl. You... than add sauces to your liking. There are a lot of selections on the buffet. You then give your food to the cooks who grill itwhile you wait. It goes pretty fast. The service was very friendly and helpful. My first visit ever: The staff were nice people, working hard jobs. But the making my own recipe was awkward because I felt... rushed with all the other customers waiting on me. Plus the frozen meats in the buffet was off putting. Then the grill was grosslooking with all the stuck on food everywhere. The spatulas they used were not cleaned/wiped between people's plates.
