This Casey's is the slowest and worst managed in town. Everytime I'm in there they're training someone on the only open... register. Takes forever because they have to talk about every transaction... And gossip about how bad their coworkers are. There's always a line of at least 6-8 people just wanting to pay and get on their way. Instead you have to stand and wait andwait... Too long, really. How about taking care of your customers instead of using your busiest time to train someone whilecustomers have to wait on YOU?! Also, no one in the pizza making area and out of everything. A can of busted biscuits was working the register today and charged me for a cup of ice. This complaint is against Casey's as a... company, you built your pos store on the land and used up all the resources that belong to the natives (me, my people) and havethe audacity to act like the shareholders can't afford to comp cups of ice for customers. While the company regularly tricksthousands on random strip clubs and etc. Through executive expense accounts. secondly, the grandmother that demanded paymentfor the cups of ice needs To GO HOME, bsch. No one charges for ice but you & you came out of retirement to harass the youth overa cup of ice in 90degree weather. You and Your kind are the problem, not the solution. Read more
Every time I go into this location the lady at the front desk is rude, demanding and not helpful at all. Multiple people that... have been in line with me while I?ve been there have been treated rudely as well. Example, I ask for something she says ?wedon?t have that? then asks for next customer to step forward. I ask her to break a $20 WHILE I?m buying something she says ? Ican?t? doesn?t try to be helpful at all, doesn?t be polite about it. It?s one thing to not be able to help a customer it?sanother to have zero customer service skills at all. It's clean but busy normally. Around 12 to 2 or 3 is the busiest times I think.
The 20th street Casey's in good ol' Joplin, MO is one of the cleanest and well maintained facilities. I love that all Caseys... stores offer free air. Nothing more annoying than getting the low tire pressure notification, paying to use the air and thenhave it shut off before you can get enough air in your tire(s). I personally do not fill up with gas from Casey's due issues Ihave had with my gas cap sensor throwing an error after filling up. It might be due to ethanol in the gas, but I was unable tofind a sign stating ethanol is in this gas. Pizza and sandwiches are great here and made fresh daily. Read more
Kathy is a rude woman. I handed her over lotto and lottery tickets today, when she saw that I haven't scratched the bar codes... she rudly grabbed them, was huffing and puffing, scratched them and was slamming some on the counter that haven't been playedyet. Read more
