Ordered 3 sandwiches and a salad went to pick up the order guy in kitchen was working on dough to make a pizza hand me my... sandwiches with dough in the other hand and the side was right beside the sandwiches but he went looking for it in the undercounter cooler I had to show him where it was . Then went to pay for it the cashier was leaning against the counter and on hisphone then charge me for ranch dressing when it's was free to the order.The bread on the sandwiches was old it just crumble andwasn't cut in half. I ordered a pizza took over an hour. Did not listen to the NO TOMATOES part! I asked for the chips on the side. There was no... meat only beans. Manager on duty was rude. I have had several problems with this Casey they messed up and for got my cheesesticks 2 times I asked if he could please put them in the order he said he had no control over that. ( as a manger!) will neverbe back there again pizza was awful you could see where it was spit on. Will be calling a health inspector!!!!! With pictures!!! Read more
I stood in front of this guy for 2 minutes with my goods he was typing some stuff into the computer. There was no sign saying... that this Lane was closed. He never said a word to me and then walked off. I waited for him thinking he was going to come backwhile everyone in the line next to me was checked out. Then I was checked out by the very kind gentleman on the next register.When I walked out he came back. I guess he's a manager. I'm not sure he could not have been more rude. Read more
Went in to store 6-2 at 12:03 am got gas. Didn?t print a receipt went into store to get a receipt and soda and the girl was... cleaning the machine. I asked her how long before it?s ready she said 10 mins or when I get to it. She also implied it was aninconvenience to get me a receipt. This is not the first bad experience with this Casey?s and I have called customer service toreport it. I have drivers who fuel up every night there I have instructed them to go elsewhere. Casey's is always a great quick stop place. Good snacks, always fresh doughnuts. Coffee is so good they have trouble keeping up... with morning run on it. Breakfast pizzas are the best. Read more
