I was shorted a sandwich when I bought take-out from the counter. I was in a hurry to get to my Mom's and didn't check the bag... before leaving. That was completely my fault. By the time I emptied out the bag, 20 min had passed. I couldn't go back orcall. It was very disappointing that whoever packed my order didn't check to make sure all was correct. Read more

I love braums, the ppl that work there are nice and my grandparents take us here all the time. They have good ice cream and... whenever we're low on funds we get a bag of burgers and it feeds my whole family and it's still pretty good and the fry's arealso really good. The best cherry limeade I ever had. Fresh squeezed lime with a good dose of cherry juice. No fake flavoring like you get at... every other place. Tangy and sweet at the same time! Great ice-cream, burgers and the strawberry salad is delicious! Read more

This is literally one the very very few fast food places in town or in this area for that matter that has not had terrible... service. Ordering at the window was fast and pleasant, no pause, no talk over, no questions ask repeatedly 5 or more times andthey even got it right !!! I know ,,,go figure ....It's a little sad that our standard is so low that we are compelled to give 5star praise for some one simply doing their job right but the state of our society should not take away from the fact thislocations did an excellent job . The fastest We have ever been through the drive thru was 15mins that was with 1 vehicle in front of us. Other times its been... longer wait times. Ordered online "once", after waiting for about 15-20 mins.
