Very disappointing. The tray I was eating off looked like it had grease on it. Black grease, like automotive! Restaurant overall... wasn't clean. Plenty of staff but lack of attention to detail. Bacon was rubbery, lemon for tea didn't look at all fresh. Burgerwas tasty and tea was good, but I was so grossed out that it was hard to enjoy. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER: The link therestaurant sent below was for me to fill out this exact same information in their online form that isn't exactly user-friendly,after I've already taken my time to post the review here. The result? The website page says they'll inform the owner!Ummm...isn't that what I did when I posted this review? It says the response is from "the owner." Went to Hardee's in Jonesborough. New guy Tony working there provided excellent customer service. Even though they were busy he... was polite and went above and beyond. Really appreciate him. Read more

Went inside today for breakfast only to find out they were severely understaffed for a weekend. There was two people up front... and two in the back is all I saw. The manager in the kitchen came up front when she got clear to help get orders and this man started yelling and cussing at her because of how understaffed they were. He wanted to know who the manager was and she said shewas at the time but not over the store. I was ashamed. I felt so bad for her. She told him she apologized but there was nothingshe could do. She could take his order or move on to the next customer. She got the four of us cleared out and went back to thekitchen and he continued yelling over me trying to order. She was doing it all. Not sure who is over this store exactly but itis not right to only give 4 people on a weekend. I know everyone is short staffed but my goodness. On a side note the food wasdelicious haha. Read more
I do love the sausage biscuit when they are not hard. My biggest complaint is speed. I waited in the drive thru forever! All... they say is one moment please. People have jobs to get to and we cant wait forever. Also there is one girl never smiles,neversays hi. So improve these things please or i will go somewhere else! Read more
Local business owner here. I normally don?t do this. But it?s been on various occasions that I?ve ordered a mushroom Swiss... burger and it had no mushrooms. Tonight I ordered two. One for my grandfather dying on hospice, and one for myself. NEITHER hadmushrooms. The cheese is literally HARD, and the entire burger is cold and stale. Simply put, this establishment has had morethan one opportunity to show its worth. No wonder Hardee?s has struggled to retain its power as a fast food giant. Read more
Got the mushroom and swiss burger meal with a sweet tea light ice, and fries the fries were hard, the tea taste horrible and... didn't fill the cup and the burgers didn't taste good and we're very messy, me and my daughter both got the same meal. And thestaff wasn't to friendly either Read more
