Excellent speed in drive through but time stands still if foolish enough to walk into the store! Order after order flew through... the drive-up window but 15 minutes later I was still waiting for my breakfast sandwich. When I had the audacity to ask how muchlonger, I was given the snippy response that the sandwich assembly girl was working as fast as she could. Why does drive thruget priority of the customer that actually walks in? Then I was handed practically raw bacon with my sandwich. Oh the eyerolling that ensued when I asked for them to cook it a bit more. Bottom line: YOU WILL BE FORGOTTEN IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER ATTHE COUNTER BUT RECEIVE EXPRESS PRIORITY SERVICE OVER EVERYONE INSIDE AT THE DRIVE THROUGH. ? and don?t ask how much longerunless you like raw bacon. I have lived in this area my entire life and this Dunkin? is the worst one in the area! Every time I go something is wrong with... my sandwich or drink. My bread is almost never toasted and they always put meat on it when I ask them not too. The drinks alwaystaste diffrent every time I go and they are rude when you ask them to remake it or tell them it?s wrong. Take this informationas you will but please go to a different Dunkin? if you don?t want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for bad food. Read more

Love my dunkins, they know me and how I need my coffee. Almost never have to tell them I'm there so much ????Paula is amazing... her crew is growing. I guess we should be grateful there's people in there "working"????. An order of 4 donuts, 3 alike and 1 different, a large tea.... Had to ask again what I ordered then forgot the tea. If the girl could move any slower she'd be asleep standing up. At least theplace was clean but I guess customer service is no longer existant! Read more
I really like Dunkin!! I love there pumpkin flavored coffee and muffins in the fall. I've recently found the amazing flavor of... oat milk and I love it in my coffee. But I'm really getting tired of paying $6 for a cup of coffee that's 3/4 of the way emptyfrom get go. I mean seriously if I had wanted a small I would've ordered one!! If this was the first time I'd just chalk it upto human error. Because after all we all make mistakes from time to time. But this has become an regular occurrence at bothlocates I visit. Every time I open it up to put my sugar in the cup isn't even close to full. It gets frustrating especiallywhen your paying the crazy prices that coffee cost now days!! Read more
