Love the food, but could not use the restrooms so we did take out
I see why yall have a 3.8 can't even get orders correct with plenty of time. Someone needs to teach the children inside how to... work properly and fulfill orders. the last 6 out of 7 times I?ve came through, my order was messed up in one way shape or form. just this morning I got a large... coffee with light ice and they handed me a small. i told them it was wrong and they fixed it by pouring it into a large cup andfilling it up completely with ice. multiple times I?ve offered mozerella sticks as a side and they are literally so old that youcan break one in half by bending it. I?m giving you 2 stars because the convience factor comes into play at this location. iwould literally never eat here again if it wasn?t convenient. Read more
Usually this burger King is amazing but ever since they hired a new line of workers it's been horrible. The ice cream machine is... always broken, there are leaks in the ceiling, the ketchup machine is always broken, and the workers were just standing aroundwhile there was a line of people at the register ready to order. I recommend the dairy bar right down the road. Read more
The staff was friendly but they did not get my order right I ordered a whopper and they gave me a sloppy soggy chicken sandwich... and by the time a found out I was too far to turn around. Read more

Went to burger king in Jonesborough tonight and we went to the window to get our food there was a car in front of us that has a... dog and the employee that was handing out the food and drinks was petting the dog and then she went to hand us out drinkswithout washing her hands after petting the dog we asked her to make fresh drinks since she didn't wash her hands after and weasked her to go wash her hands before she made out drinks again she said she already did and we seen her after the car left andshe didn't wash her hands people need to watch the workers there u might be eating or drinking after a dog Read more
