Horrible customer service. I stood at the counter for a long while and nobody said hello, wait one moment please? anything. They... just kept looking at me and going about their business. Eventually I just left because? screw that lol. I like the warmth Iusually get from Waffle House but the employees here didn?t have an ounce of warmth. First visit I was even assured after not seeing cheese in my grits that it were there, there was no cheese. It was all I ordered... so why. Anyways I go back for them to correct the issue which I was offered a drink and accepted. I ordered a Hashbrown cheesesteak bowl off the menu swap the hashbrown for grits so a cheese steak grit bowl, add 2 eggs and order of bacon. When I go topick up my order I open up my pool to check my food as usual and there?s no bacon on my food so here we got once again notgetting what I ordered so I say something while I?m there and she has the woman cook drop and put on my plate one strip of baconchopped up after I paid $11 for this bowl.. that?s not an order of bacon (3 strips is an order). Completely disappointed again,I will be driving an extra mile to try the next Waffle House and I would NEVER recommend this Waffle House. The food is cookedwell but they don?t seem to care about the correctness of the order or unable to grasp all the concepts of how dishes vary..anyway I really have a whole attitude right now so take that into consideration as well? Idk who my cook was yesterday but he was the man. He was the only person working and he got us in and out in a very timely... manner. The food came out good and he didn?t mess up any orders. Read more

We sat for approximately 5 minutes before anyone came to our table. There were only 3 other sat tables when we arrived. It... appeared to be a change of shift time as there were no less than 8 uniformed employees standing around. Once we eventually hadan employee come over and take our order and then bring it out, we had to continuously ask for missing standard accompaniments(i.e. as you can see in my burger picture, they forget to bring lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.). Once we got it all, the food'staste, temperature, and appearance met our expectations. Overall, this location was struggling during our visit. Read more
Not the favorite of waffle houses I've visited however the cook was nice she took my order. I think this place needs a better... team and better management. The area is challenged and I understand. This can affect the morale of the staff. Food was goodthough I don't eat pork and they were suggestive. Recommended a beef burger. Read more
