I am not sure who ruined their day but upon arrival everyone in here had an attitude .. I brought to their attention that on my... previous visit something was wrong. I was not rude, demanding or disrespectful .. just made a note so they could do better thistime around. It was the rudest experience and I never once came out of character. When I pulled to the window I politely askedwho took my order and TIA, i believe her name was very rudely sucked her teeth and said "Its about 4 people with head sets" .. Isaid Okay ? I'd still like their name. She slammed the window closed and started talking badly about me through the head set andout loud in the restaurant. I was not given a name but my receipt said "Tia." The food was better this visit but the service wasterrible, that alone will make someone not want to return. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted and reaching out to thisteam. This is my favorite Taco Bell in Atlanta. This one is franchise on but you can tell that the franchise owner knows a lot about... operating his franchise. It is clean and the customer service is always prompt. So usually empty because they like to moveexpertly when preparing meals. I see that their hand washing is also outstanding just from observation. The restrooms are prettyclean. And building is immaculately clean for a fast food restaurant. I don't usually rate fast food places but this one deserved a shout out! Took my granddaughter and her 10 friends (plus 5... adults) straight from the water park to this location. The staff had no issues with a gang of wet folks taking up 1/3 of thedining room, no problem preparing our $100+ order (and ALL of them were right!!) and no problem with us throwing an impromptub'day party!! They even threw in free cinnamon twists for everyone!!! Hats off to y'all ???? Read more

I don't know nor understand why attitude is needed but that's not what us customers come here to buy. Short lady taking the... order in thr drive through caught an attitude and tried to rush my partner for simply just asking questions about certain foodoptions. Very unprofessional and unnecessary.
