I had purchase 3 fundraising cards from the ROTC cadets at Jonesboro High school in the area. This subway has an ad on the card... that stated, buy a 6inch sub, get a 6in sub for free. The owner refused to honor his own ad. What a disgraceful business todenied families and friends what purchase the fundraising card and patronize his business. Ordered food yesterday on the app at 8:30 online it says it does not close until 10. Went to pick up they were closed. The owner... said they close at 8. I said online it says 10. He called me a liar over the phone so I went up to the location. He said I justwanted free food lol. I cursed and made a horrible scene in this establishment because as much as I order food there they calledme a liar. One of the guys did see the mistake on my app that it was ordered and I was charged. He offered to make me a sandwicha day late. Called corporate and they have switched to a digital system only so matters were not handled. I will just go toPublix for a sandwich that took too much out of me. This is how they made my sub, with no care in the world. They didn't make my sub the way you would for yourself or children. As... you can see from my receipt I asked for tomatoes and cucumbers. I did not receive that I received way too much tuna , enough tomake 4 tuna sandwiches, and nothing but pickles and lettuce. I was served this disrespect. Read more

I ordered curbside pick up. My app,email said the order was ready for pickup at 2:35 pm. I selected the "I'm here" button. ... Waited 10 minutes no one came out. Called was rudely told it's not ready & then they hung up on me. Went in & there is 2 peoplebehind counter said it's not ready we didn't have time it's busy. I told them I was a paying customer as well and my ordershould have been finished. A whole 45 minutes passed since I originally placed the order. They rudely made the sandwiches. Iwitnessed the man throw cookies at a customer at the register for no reason. He was aggravated because the man was adding morecookies to his order. If you can't handle the volume of business you receive, then don't become business owners. There is alanguage barrier & they act like they don't understand but they know exactly what they're doing & what people are saying. Theeonly reason why I waited was because I already paid online for the subs & used the coupon code through the app. If I could givenegative stars I would.
