This place needs to be shut down. I see that it?s not a corporate Sonic and surely that?s the problem. Band customer service,... hours that never stay the same, food not cooked properly. I love Sonic but this is the worst Sonic I?ve ever been to. They don?ttake stall orders and I waited 30 minutes for a Milkshake at the window. Everytime I come here it?s an inconvenience and it?s onthe street I live on. This place is sad, just give it back to the corporate office because whoever is running it clearly doesn?tcare. Horrid business! My wife and I thought we'd go out for burgers tonight and they changed our minds. We pulled to one of the pull... up order menus the lady told us we needed to go through the drive through. OK I guess, from this point she became rude and whenattempting to order out food. Was in the area and decided to stop here for food and drinks. The food was absolutely terrible. The sonic burgers tasted old it... wasn't fresh and it looked thrown together. I also ordered a kids tender meal and the chicken strips were way too hard for achild. Very dissatisfied with the service and food. This place needs to be inspected and they should not be serving food likethis. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. I will never return to this location. This place literally has the worst customer service. Refuses to service customers at booths. So there is absolutely no need for... the booth to be there. Employees extremely rude when telling a customer that they?re STRICTLY drive through only! Due to theemployees acknowledging their own behavior they DO NOT want to give customers their receipts for their orders. Had to fight formy receipt because they knew they?d been rude and didn?t want a bad review. Read more

I live three minutes away from this Sonic. I ordered a double burger for my roommate and could not believe how POORLY MADE this... food was. It was cold and he told me tasted TASTELESS. I will NEVER order from this establishment ever again. I was soembarrassed I didn't know how to respond to what I saw. If you dare take a dime from a customer for service, fulfill themission statement of the establishment instead of passing cold, old food. Read more
