Horrible customer service! I was struggling to come in the door with crutches and a cast. The employee was standing right at the... door and did not try to hold the door open. This place is a circus. The food is great, but it's hard to mess up spicy chicken. I waited just over twenty minutes in the... "just pull up and I'll bring it to you" drive through. As I was waiting I got plenty of entertainment. One employee was outsidecussing out some lady on the street. One customer behind me got mad in drive through and stormed inside. Finally one lady caredthat I was still waiting, but thought I worked for Door Dash so they obviously forgot about my order completely. I then askedfor a refund and what do I get? I was told there was a 15min wait on 2 breast. I agreed to pull up & wait the young lady brought 1breast 1thigh. I took it back... it back in to be corrected & they Saadi ?it will be a 15 min wait time again? This location needs to be shut down, or new employees are needed. The location needs to be reevaluated. Better can be done! The... employees are disrespectful and there?s never any options. The chicken don?t taste like Popeyes. No matter how nice andwelcoming you come to the window as a customer, most are rude and seems to be having a bad day. That?s not good for service. Every time I visit this Popeyes there's an issue. First time I waited on hot chicken they told me 13 minutes I waited for 40... minutes and the night supervisor had the nerve to charge me for a jalapeño! 2 nd time I waited in the line for 30 minutes theydidn't have anything! This time they told me the wait for chicken was 10 I waited 25 and the chicken was still RED! Not tomention they didn't give me my receipt and I didn't get my biscuits. If I could give them 0 stars I would this is the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to first I wanted surf and tuff at 930pm and they... didn?t have it along with so many other things they didn?t have with a line out to the highway they should be cooking food untilthey close. I settled for 2pc and asked for thighs the thighs were not fully cooked (still red inside)and I just threw the wholemeal away (but not before I took a picture)I even tried calling to report it but clearly there is no reliable management at thislocation so no one answered the phone @I0:24pm. The food is good as normal but there's a lot of times where they are at least missing one or two sides, get the vibe that they... don't really want to be bothered with customers much by the time I get there, plus the drive-thru be taking forever even forjust one to two bags of food. Like 5-12 minutes I'll be waiting for this one to two bags of food to be handed out to the personahead of me at times. Maybe they're just understaffed or something and it's severely slowing down the speed. There is onepothole towards the drive-thru that people need to watch out for as well as it drops you a bit hard.
