The attitude of the people are horrible. You spend your whole hour lunch in the drive thru and then they get mad when you ask... for fresh food after waiting so long.. If it was anything else so close to my job I would not go here. Read more
Horrible service!!! Employees fighting with a customer and was taking too long. I ordered 3 adult happy meals and they didn?t... put any toys in any of them. I wouldn?t be mad if it was the same price as a normal happy birthday but no it?s much more becausethey are charging for the toy so I am mad about that! This PARTICULAR McDonald's is awesome! The food is really good! I gave up on McDonald's for a while due to the food tasted like... it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. This location is really struggling. It was the first time I visited so I can't say it's a shift issue, a new issue, or a chronic... issue. I can say that I'm not likely to go back. Perhaps they are short-handed or perhaps their crew just lacks work ethic. Theperson who took my order was doing great! I should have gotten her name to announce it here, but at the moment I wasn't thinkingabout writing a review. I was thinking about supper. The drinks in the lobby weren't working (they were all watered down) sheefficiently responded to the concern by getting drinks from behind the counter for the customers. Then she told me she needed tobrew coffee for my order. She did so in short and brought it to my table. Apart from her, everything was a mess. Ehh, I?m here at 12:03 on a Tuesday?the drive thru is empty, I pull around to order, pay, then get told to go park. Come to find... out the drive thru and management is pulling all cars from the window to speed up their ?drive thru times? for management, so itlooks good. Still took a long time to get the food. Macdonald has the best packaging for delivery.The lady on blonde hair Raquel was awesome. I nearly fell in love with her because... of her wonderful customer service. The manager Derrick is a very hard working guy,unassuming and makes sure everything is in theright place. I am a dasher and I enjoy going there for pick ups and delivery. They are always on time. Pulled up to the drive thru, it was closed but at least they explained it right away. Nice they didn't leave me to sit there and... get mad. So I walked in, order at the kiosk, quick and easy. Hit the restroom, it was clean and maintained. Food was up rightafter that. Fast & efficient. Read more
