Not a real good experience. It was so hot inside it was hard to be comfortable while you ate. The trash can lid was in the floor... by the door with no liner in it as you first walk in. The sandwich I ordered was not what I got and I should have gone back upand said something but in the interest of time I did not. The chicken was shredded and was not very good, the person with methat was their first time experience and now they don't want to go back. I've had Jersey Mike's Subs before and they were reallygood which is why I recommended we eat there today. When the meal was over we went up front and asked what are we supposed to dowith our trash and then someone came out and put a liner in the trash can and pick the lid up out of the floor. Also when wewere placing our drink orders we were told all the fountain drinks were down so we could only get bottled. There were no Lidsthat fit the cups we were given. Read more

This location never has orders ready on time. You think you are doing yourself a favor by ordering ahead? Not here. When you... come at the recommend time to pick up your food they have not even started on it. They make a point not to start any ordersuntil they know the customer is inside waiting on it, otherwise they don't bother. Extremely unprofessional place. Read more

Terrible service and this was the very first time I?ve ever been there! They didn?t even acknowledge me once I entered and after... waiting about 5 minutes a young man walked over and stated it?s going to be a very long wait. Went in to order lunch for my coworkers and I around 2:30 October 1st the staff was incredibly rude and complained the entire... time while not even making the sandwiches correctly but after going through such passive aggressive behavior I just paid andleft because it was our only choice in food based on time restrictions I do not recommend going here unless you want to begreeted with an attitude and served with one as well Read more

This is the closest location to my house I usually get good service at this location, but on this particular day the female... manager apparently wasn't in a good mood she didn't greet me . I realized I choose the wrong club sandwich when she put theprovolone cheese on the bread. I apologized and told her that I meant the other club so she continued making the sandwich withethe same cheese so I told her that it's supposed to have Swiss cheese so she started slaming the meat and she acted as if Ishould not have said anything so when she went in the back I asked the man that was working with he rto fix my sandwich, becauseshe has an attitude. He stated that it's not me it's him, because he's a new employee in training. I have more concern now forthe employee, because he shouldn't have to work under those circumstances he was really nice. But this need to be addressed. She's over using her power. This is sad how us a black people keep doing each other like this ???? Read more

When I walked into the store I was not greeted. It wasn't until a minute or so had passed before I was acknowledged. I gave the... employee my order but it took some time before I was asked about what I wanted on my sandwich. One employee was,I guess traininganother employee. I am guessing that my sandwich was being prepared at that time. Also as I was standing there two of theemployees were discussing how they felt about customers coming into the store acting as they did not want to be in the store. Ifelt as if they were directing it towards me because they were not hiding the fact that they were talking about the attitudes ofhow customers act when they come into the store. They stated that in other areas folks come into the store with differentattitudes. Im fairly sure that in those other areas that the employees that were talking about those customers wouldn't beenmaking those comments. I do not mind tipping when the tip is warranted but when you do not greet customers when they walk intoyour place of business and discuss the things that they were discussing I do not feel that a tip is warranted. I almost walkedout the door. I was raised to respect people and people walk into my place of work/business I greet them and ask how can I beof service. My line of work is mandatory as I am a Sales Manager of a store in the area. I can tell you that I will never stepfoot into that Jersey Mike store location ever again. I did not and do not have to buy anything from the store neither doesanyone else. I believe that is one of the reasons why that store really has no business. I am a firm believer if you do not likeyour job don't take it out on anyone else. By far it has been one of the worst experience that I have received from atake-out/dine-in spot. After I paid for my food and was walking out the door the employee that took my payment turned to theother employee and said ' He's one of them" and I said to the employee "I'm not one of them" and walked out.
