The owners are very kind & always have a smile and joke for me. They hired workers all females which made me stop going for a... few months. They were rude. One was on her phone for the entire 22 min it took yo get my order. Another one sat on a crate asshe took orders and despite moving, touching the obviously filthy crate she never washed or sanitized her hands as she handledorders. The filthy, full garbage can was near the food prep area. I have since returned and have not seen those female employeesagain. Read more

Their afternoon service is horrible, when the staff is diverse they seem more efficient, otherwise they are rude and lacking... efficient communication and customer service. That older lady not sure if Indian is horrible and will have me cancel thelocation after YEARS of going there she is horrrrrrrriblllllleee! Why be there with absolutely not customer service skills. The older Indian was rude at drive thru . I had to ask for my money/ change back from order3 times She told me to wait 3 times... with my drink on hand. I Remind her that I wanted extra whip cream before she gave me my change back she told me that it will be$.50 extra. Never going back, Rude service.!!! And she felt like she owned my money. The line is always long on the outside. I went on the inside and the younger employees were loud and using profanity while they... were making up orders. But my coffee was hot and the cinnamon swirl donut was good , so that was the highlight of theexperience! The lobby area was clean. Read more
I only have problems with one man who is they are really early in the mornings. I drove up to the drive through at 12:10am and started ordering at the drive through.The gentian started take our order and at... the end he stated "no donuts and no coffee. 20 minutes break"........I was taken aback considering he he had just taken outwhole order. I drove up to the drive through and the 2 employees where siting at a table eating. The man who took my order gotup and we asked to the window "no donuts. No coffee. On break." He repeated. Might not seem to be much but this was my 3rdattempt to find coffee on my trip home and I just gave up after that. Read more
