I really didn't want to give them one star. I waited in line for 50 minutes for two fries and a hamburger I washed the young... lady. cooked french fries twice it was six bags already setting to side and she was placing the fries in the bag and I asked.myself why is she not passing out the food just sitting there finally she came to the window hand me my food and it was so coldremember I was sitting there for 50 minutes. if you setting anywhere for 50 minutes you should have a whole dinner cook and hotI told her my Fry's were cold she asked me to pull to the side I never got my Fry's something really need to be done about thesefast food restaurant serving people cold food that's not right . And on top of all of that you don't have on no gloves touchingmoney and touching food. and I am fed up with it I want never eat at that fast food restaurant again people pay attention toyour food you work hard for your money and you deserve better. Walked up to the window at midnight, short wait time, crew was cooking up fresh food for everyone in the drive thru and walk up... lines. Food was great and the crew really kept it moving there. Will go back for more food. Excellent performance. Read more
Now I like the funnel cake fries here but they do not fill up the box for $2.79 I think I should have more than 7. I decided to... visit the next day but only to find out they didn't have any funnel cake fries nor ice cream. I ordered the Chicken bite boxonly to get 8 popcorn chicken and lots of fries. The new order taking machine they have is the worst you have to repeat yourselfseveral times. I pull up to the window and see the employee talking on their cell phone with it between their shoulder and facewhile preparing the food. While waiting at the window to get my food a homeless person walks up to my window begging for change.I have to find another Checkers.???? Read more
I ordered Two Crispy Fish Sandwiches but got Crispy Chicken Sandwiches with Mayo from their new Automated Ordering system. I did... not turn around and go back because I live 20 miles away. I threw the Sandwiches away. I am currently debating whether I will begoing back to Checkers. Read more
The handwriting tacky paper sign over the speaker when you order clearly say WOW WE NOW HAVE SHAKES ASK CASHIER. Now after... saying my order one thousand times with that freaking robot I drive around only to be rudely told YOU GOT TO DRIVE AROUND AGAINYOUR ORDER GETTING PLACE? so I politely asked about shakes. The worst fast food experience in recent memory. Something was wrong with the headset, so everyone had to pull to the window to... order. They didn't make any extra effort to streamline this situation, so the line backed up behind the giant order in front ofme. I was stuck in the line for about an hour. And then when it was finally my turn to order, it was another good five minutesbefore they took my order. Maybe they were hoping we would drive away and shrink the line. Read more
I order the two for $6 2chili dogs and chicken sandwich with no lettuce made into meal with garlic loaded fries and lemonade and... I 2 chili cheese dogs a cheeseburger with lettuce garlic fry no bacon oh yeah the lemonade was the only thing right I asked whyno onions on chili dog I didn?t want cheese worker said they were out of onions but there was an onion on the burger I didn?torder.. file complaints never got a response but for future reference I know where to go to get a drink smh Read more
