I came in tonight and ordered food and half of my meal was missing the whole meal was prepared wrong and they double charged me... for toppings .. and of course the number isn?t working to speak to a manager? but next trip is definitely saved from thisestablishment thanks for the lesson. Read more
I dnt live in this area so I'm not sure if this is everyday thing. Only sharing my experience. I was in drive thu for 30 mins,... I literally fell asleep and there was only 4 cars in the line, I couldn't believe it was taking to long..but I was hungryAF. The young man who greeted me on the intercom was extremely pleasant and apologized multiple times for the hold. Once I gotto the window those courtesies continued. ??I'm not sure where the disconnect was, but it definitely wasn't him. ?? Theaftermath- I couldn't finish my food there was a odd smell coming from my whopper, needless to say my stomach had been bubblingever since???????? I dnt live on this side of town so bringing he food back wasn't an option. Read more
Kinda hard to rate fast food joints. But this place was clean with clean rest rooms and respectful staff. These are more... important than the food in KY opinion. Read more
Just came from there got home notice that istead of sprite they gave me waterand sandwich was mushed
Went through the drive-thru at 10:12 p.m. I was in the Drive-Thru line five minutes and no one was taking orders. I pulled... around and was able to get the attention of one of the employees. He stated that they close at 10:00 p.m. I had just looked onBurger King's app and confirmed that their hours were posted as 11:00 p.m. I hope they update their hours, it would helpeveryone. Read more
Horrible! Bread not toasted or anything, no sauce, no pickles and the Pattie?s were burnt! Fries old as hell and cold. Charged... for large and got all smalls. Read more
The customer service was bad and the food was worse! My young drive thru cashier (I was inside to order) did not greet me. She... threw her hands up to motion to whoever was next. She mumbled something that sounded like 'What do you want?' (She might haveactually asked, 'What wd u like?'... But I had alrdy chgd my attitude and thinking to match hers - ilmannered and unmotivated).I only ordered an Egg & Chz Croissant. It was fast but the appearance and taste was not what I'm used to receiving from a BK. Ihave no plans to return to this location. Read more
do not go to the Burger King at 6457 Tara boulevard. I went there the other night and the employee that took my order also took... my money I mean $700 worth. He took my card at the drive-thru window and scan my card with his phone with square $700 he stolefrom my credit card. I cannot reach Burger King and corporate office isn't helping at all, need some answers. People watch whoyou hand your car over too. Read more
