Young lady cashier had a nasty attitude and was unfriendly. Also had no clause on the outside to state that a young toddler is... suppose to be under 40 inches to get free ice cream. Also ice cream price is overpriced 9.00 and up dollars for just a cup orcone ridiculous. Staff need coaching on customer service. Read more

The employees were nice and this review is strictly on ice cream. My mom got 1 scoop of chocolate and one of banana. She said... it was the worst ice cream she's ever had. That's huge my mom LOVES ice cream and came to visit me from St. Louis. I wasdevastated to have taken her to get her worst cone. She said the ice cream taste like medicine and there was not even a hint ofbananas. I got the brownie Sunday and added pecans. Let's just say it was the salties ice cream I ever had. I paid a fortune sofor three days I took a few bites and just kept putting it in the freezer. Again the employees were nice and I assume the tastehas nothing to do with them! Read more

Whats the purpose of ordering online if people walk up and get their orders before you!!!! Stand at the "Pick up Order" sign... everyone inside look and glance but no greeting or acknowledging AT ALL, finally i knock on glass window puzzled/lost lookinggirl ask what i need i state i ordered a online order that was supposed to be ready 10 mins ago! She then proceeded to juststart making the order after 20 mins i get order i ask did you put pecans on banana split (OF COURSE NOT!!!) back to waiting asshe puts pecans on then take forever folding bag and walking over to the mgr....comes back to window finally with no apologiesor anything...i get bag, walk to car to look in bag to see 2 ice cream selections with NO SPOON NO NAPKINS!!!! I walk up, askfor manager and she apologies and gives me 2 spoons and napkins....i will NEVER visit this location again its HORRIBLE!!! Read more

Ordered a cake two day in advance, went to pick it up just for them to not have the cake ready. Service here is really slow.... Asked for a refund and was told it was automatically going to be back into my account by 5pm. Called them back around 6:30-7 tolet them know i haven?t received it just for them to tell me i have to come back and swipe my card. Like why wasn?t this said inthe first place instead of me driving back and forth. I tried to be very understanding with them but the cake should?ve beenready in the first place. Read more

Asked for a large split with waffle bowl on the side. Got to the window and saw the young lady making my order. Then saw that... she started to look up at me like she did something wrong. Then a few moments later I was handed my bag. As I got to thetraffic light I noticed that the top was not on the ice cream and my ice cream was half in the bag and half in the cup. It was7:15pm and they were fully staffed. I called to see if they could remake it but no one answered the phone for 15-20mins. Won'tbe back and don't recommend it Read more

I took my grandchildren for ice cream and none of us were disappointed. My sundae was packed with pecans.

Bam! It was a little slow moving but once we ordered and saw how much love went into making our milkshake we knew it was worth... it. The young man just kept scooping ice cream into our cups. I wondered where it was going. Then he added more. Just frickingamazing! Read more
