I went to Arby's last Saturday and they was a black woman with short hair that took my order when I told I forgot to tell her I... didn't want ice in my drink she stop look at me up and down and then threw ice out cup and roll her eyes at me. I will neverand I do mean never step foot back in that restaurant. I got chicken strip and fries and you could taste that the oil was extremely old. The window needed to be fixed the lady could... barely open it she had to lift it with all of her strength and then try to push it open. As I'm sitting here watching this I'msaying to myself this is sad because they just did a remodel on this store it shouldn't be this bad. Read more
The price on the display board wasn't the price I was charged for an item. I happened to check my receipt against the display... board. I was charged a different price than the displayed price. I was given the difference between the prices back. The NEWdisplay board HADN'T BEEN put up YET! The cashier and manager didn't seem to be very concerned about the customer service. I had an online order and had to go into the restaurant. I also noticed the line was long for the drive thru. I walked in and... there were only three employees working and working hard. Everyone has an off day. However, there is no excuse for repeatedly rude employees. There was a HUGE sign in the window that... read, "Dining Room Open", however, the doors were locked. After traveling 3 hours, we had to use the restrooms. I get it though,with no one in the nation wanting to work, businesses have a hard time finding employees to man the lobby. Simple fix would beto take the sign down. Despite the aggravation, since we were already stopped we decided we would get our dinner, here. At thespeaker, her opening salutation was, "Order when ready". When ordering, I try to make it as easy as possible. So, I said, "I'dlike 2 #2 meals, one classic, one double, both with Dr. Pepper, and a Jamocha milkshake with no whipped cream, and that willcomplete my order." Simple, right? You would think. I ended up having to repeat my order TWO more times. The attendant at thewindow was SUPER rude. This time, my greeting was my total. I gave her my method of payment and noticed the health score was 92,with all the remarks cut off. She returns my card and receipt, handed me the drink carrier and then FLUNG my bag to me. Before Icould say anything, the window closed, without a farewell of any kind. Our sandwiches & fries were too cold to eat, as ifthey'd been sitting without even a heat lamp for 2 or more hours. I would have taken it back, had I not already been exhaustedand ready to get to my destination.
