I went to Arby's last Saturday and they was a black woman with short hair that took my order when I told I forgot to tell her I... didn't want ice in my drink she stop look at me up and down and then threw ice out cup and roll her eyes at me. I will neverand I do mean never step foot back in that restaurant. I got chicken strip and fries and you could taste that the oil was extremely old. The window needed to be fixed the lady could... barely open it she had to lift it with all of her strength and then try to push it open. The price on the display board wasn't the price I was charged for an item. I happened to check my receipt against the display... board. I was charged a different price than the displayed price. I was given the difference between the prices back. The NEWdisplay board HADN'T BEEN put up YET! The cashier and manager didn't seem to be very concerned about the customer service.
