The food is always amazing and the servers are always nice but one thing that I can not get used to even after my third time... eating there is the wait time. I never know if I'm waiting in the right spot because they never greet me or even acknowledge meu til after 5-10+ minutes so I don't recommend coming here if you're in a rush. I like the blue raspberry lemonade but the nonalcoholic strawberry colada smoothie is not good in my opinion. Read more
This Applebee's was really cool and laid back. If you are looking for a good drink and some good food stop here. Bartender was... great food was fresh and delicious. I had the top shelf long island and the oriental chicken salad. Very tasty. Read more
We need to boycott applebees in black communities. They close at 12, you get there at 11:10 for a to go order. They we done for... tonight. If I go to white communities they take care of you with no problems. I'm thankful we have these places in ourcommunities but if they can't serve are community shut them down. Went there to grab some dinner... walked in... no one was there to greet me... it wasn't crowded, so I waited... for 15... minutes...took a seat..still no one. Some other people came in... they waited. Still no body came to greet or seat us. Afterwaiting 20 minutes...I left. Went next door to Taco Mac and was immediately served. The owner or manager of this Applebee'sneeds to make sure the customers are, at least, acknowledged. Let the customer know if they are short staffed or if there isgonna be a wait. Came in around 1 with basically nobody in the restaurant! Had to wait after being seated to get our drinks for 15 mins....kinda... odd since only 6 other people were there maybe....ordered our food as soon as he came and waited another 18 mins till that cameout....that being said we ordered all you can eat wings and they were amazing!! Terrible management & staff service at this restaurant. My family & I was turned away for Father's Day Dinner tonight. The... manager Brandi was a short Caucasian woman that refused to sit us due to having only two servers, and people still waiting ontheir food for an hour according to her. I'm writing a written complaint publicly online. She should not work there if she cannot Manage her team to serve customers on a Sunday night on Father's Day June 19, 2022. Do not bother eating at this Apple Bee'son Tara Blvd. until they can get better customer service managers because the woman who was on duty was unacceptable tonight.Very disappointed in her response to six customers that she chose to not serve. She literally said,"This is not McDonald's." tomy family in front of multiple of people. The staff is low, customer service is not good & Ashley or Brandi needs to beinvestigated for their Work Ethnic to all Customers no matter what time customers come in before closing. First let me say Applebees is one of me and my family?s favorite place to grab food! We never really had a bad service but today... was bad! There is just certain things you don?t do when working especially during customer service or hosting! Our server wasnice at first but then every time she came back to service us she was on her phone! The manager was standing there and seen herand didn?t say anything! The service was slow, we had to look for her for refills, just very unprofessional!
