Every time we order from the Alexander location by our house, the order is wrong. We order online or on the phone. We always... end up making a second trip to get our correct order. Tonight 11/23 once again it was wrong. I called and politely told themanger Hannah that I wanted to make her aware of the ongoing issue. She apologized but then followed up that I should havedouble check my order before I leave. Well I?m sorry Hannah , I am not going to open up every box of my to go order to checkfor accuracy.
